The installation process looks like this:
1 week prior: Our customer support team will phone you to confirm the installation. At this stage, we’ll require a 60% payment of the kitchen price.
1 business day prior: The kitchen materials will be delivered. It’s done prior to the installation date to ensure that our installer can begin work immediately upon arrival.
During installation: Our installer will arrive on the scheduled day.
Our survey staff will monitor your installation and be available to discuss or rectify any issues that may arise.
